The Royal Automobile Club of Western Australia is a motoring club and mutual organisation, offering motoring services and advice, insurance, travel services, finance, driver training, and exclusive benefits for their members.
RAC is dedicated to its customers, or as they call them: members. They wanted to ensure its insurance roadmap was reflective of their current and rapidly evolving future needs. With a whole department dedicated to member testing and surveys, we took the research to a more in-depth level of research. We needed context of the mindset of members as well as nailing down fast-moving industry trends and the competitive marketplace. Surveys alone cannot deliver the depth of research required to uncover people’s evolving and future needs.
Our Solution
RAC recognise the essential component of dedicating time upfront to understand their member’s needs and we were thrilled to be a part of the RAC Co-Lab headed up by Cettina Raccuia to deliver a cohesive, member tested product roadmap to the insurance team.
We aligned the team and prioritised the entire insurance portfolio and certainty and flexibility to product roll outs and portfolio collaborations.
